Originally from Swift Current, Saskatchewan, David obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984, was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1985, and has been practicing law with the firm since then.

David’s practice is primarily in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial, real estate, matrimonial and estate law. He has appeared as counsel at all levels of the Courts in British Columbia.
